Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know the best way to get out of the instant ink endless loop when they send a bad cartridge? Bad cartridge = error message - no new cartridge can be ordered while there is an error message - virtual assistant recommends using another cartridge which you can’t order while there is a cartridge error. Forcing you to purchase cartridge outside of the instant ink subscription you are paying for…. So annoying. About to cancel.

One of the disadvantages of owning a printer is failing to replace the ink cartridge before it reaches its end of life. This is why you and World Matchplay Darts endorsers pay for HP Instant Ink and have your cartridge delivered when your printer runs out of ink. If you approve of purchasing your ink in a store or wish to discontinue this administration in any capacity, here is how DoNotPay can help.

You may cancel your enrollment in the How to Use HP Instant Ink after Cancelling at any time, except that you will be charged retroactively for each free month of administration you initially received, so be warned! Due to the fact that the majority of the general population’s printing habits fluctuate month to month, HP’s program is not generally a good fit for the majority of people. Their program contains a few caveats and limitations.

I have the same issue, I bought new cartridges and I still have the same issue saying "one or more cartridges appear to be damaged.

@jjuarez,

I understand you are facing an ink-related issue with your HP printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID
  • Are you enrolled in Instant Ink?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
