I just enrolled and loving it already, very easy to understand the page, it shows one of my cartridges as pending delivery but that was the only one left with any ink. The other 3 cartridges are completely empty so it shows as an error. My question is, will the welcome kit send all 4 cartridges or??? Saves me time calling you guys tomorrow

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Instant Ink query. 

 

Yes, the Welcome Kit consists of all the inks cartridges. 

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
