My printer is connected to wifi. I am trying to enroll instant ink. My printer is connected to wifi and it is showing up as an option to select in the app. When I try to finish setting it up, it keeps telling me it’s not connected to wifi when it is. How am I supposed to complete this? I’ve been trying for 2 days now.

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
