So I moved my printer to a different room and had to restart it, everything is connected and wifi is good to go on the printer. When I sign into my HP instant ink account on my phone it gives me a message saying “unable to connect with printer, please try again later” I’ve tried and tried and can’t get anywhere. I’ve never had this happen can anyone help?!

I see that the printer is not connected to the internet as per Instant Ink.
Restart the router, the printer, and the PC
Check if the printer is connected to the right network and to the same network as the computer/mobile device.
A Network Configuration Page lists important network settings such as network status and the printer IP address.
- Make sure there is U.S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper in the input tray.
- On the printer control panel, touch the Setup icon .
- Touch Tools.
- Swipe down the display, and then touch Network Configuration Page.
- A Network Configuration Page prints up to three pages of information.
Log in to the Instant Ink account on the computer and check the notifications.
