I have purchased an HP ink jet printer with automatic ink supply to simplify the usage. however I have had problems several times: I had to call customer service because I did not receive the ink cartridges on time and was left without ink. Finally today, I could not even update my payment information. I had to call customer service AGAIN and they could not help me either. Terrible service, I do not recommend it at all.

@Dedalus I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
