Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER

I was not informed that the ink cartridges I have already purchased would not work if the instant ink subscription was canceled. I was in the middle of a project and my printer would not print. I had to stop everything and go to the store despite having cartridges with ink in the printer. Do I get reimbursed for the unused ink cartridges?  Interestingly, right after I canceled my subscription my printer began jamming up too. I am not happy with this obligation to purchase from you. I will be switching to Brother printers - less expensive with a higher customer satisfaction rating.

Hi @mmandich,

I'd like to help!

Instant ink cartridges will not work after the billing cycle ends.

When you enroll in an HP Instant Ink plan, you pay a monthly fee to print a defined number of pages per month. The plans are based on the number of pages that you print.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
