To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
What is the exact error?
Enrolling the printer in the Instant Ink service is optional. However, you cannot use Instant Ink cartridges in the printer if the printer is not enrolled in Instant Ink.
Use regular HP inks.
