Hello … I bought this printer from Marketplace and they said they couldn’t make it print … I thought I would be the one to fix the problem and get a great deal on this printer . Boy was I wrong ! I’ve been fighting with this printer for weeks now and I’m at my wits end with this instant ink crap.
I’ve logged on to instant ink and put my information in and now it’s asking me to click this print button which I do NOT see anywhere on this printer but when I go to just print up something I get the same message I’ve gotten this whole time which is
Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink !
i can finish enrolling until I print out the code and I can’t print because My ink cartridges is not registered.
Please help me

I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to finalize the instant ink subscription.
Try using a different browser to complete the enrolment, (Ex: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
You may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Also, Make sure the date and time on the computer are set correctly.
