I have a Deskjet 2755 all in one printer and I am enrolled in instant ink. Both my printer display and in the app say that the color and black cartridges are mostly full. I have gone through all of the printer quality troubleshooting on my end, i.e. cleaning printer head, alignment etc. I have found it nearly impossible to talk to a human regarding getting new instant ink cartridges delivered. Any help is very much appreciated.
