Hi All

 

I have tried several times to sign up to Instant Ink but it keeps coming up with an error code GSS001 and I don't know what that means or how to fix it.  Can anyone help?  Thank you

Are you getting this error while registering the printer to the instant ink account?

Could you elaborate on the issue for better understanding?

Hi 

Yes... I fill in all the details and the last step to sign up I get that message and it doesn't go through. I get a message from my bank with a nominal charge of £1 being allocated to instant ink but it doesn't get taken
