Hi, I just enrolled in instant ink they sent me an email about a renewal subscription plan but I did not receive an email regarding whether they are sending me instant ink and when. I then attempted to enroll again but with the same result, with no confirmation as far as I know. 

I also tried to access my account but couldn't retrieve my account data. 

Please help, newbie here.
