I inherited a 3755 printer from my mom. I was able to use it a couple of time, and then got a message saying I need to update the payment method of InstantInk. She must have had an account, which I obviously can't access. I thought I would just create an Instant Ink account myself to remove that error, and it doesn't work. Somehow, even if the printer is not connected to internet, it is still connected to her account, which prevents me from printing. I tried to factory reset from the HP Smart app on my computer, which does nothing at all. I tried to hard reset by pressing power + 6 times cancel, which did nothing. I tried hard resetting by holding the wirelesss button and the cancel button at the same time for 3 secondes, which did nothing.
How can I actully really reset the printer, so that I can log into my own InstantInk account and use the printer?

Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an Instant Ink-related issue with your HP DeskJet 3755 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To resolve the issue, you have to cancel the printer from your mother's instant ink account, so you may enroll it in your own Instant Ink account.
