Product: HP envy 7830

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

HP Envy 7830  6m old.  I have instant Ink, it used to work just fine, no longer works, just recently stopped (this summer) and message says web service could not be enabled.   I have good internet connection, the printer works just fine, I can scan, print, print from my phone & laptop etc. perfectly fine. 
the printer has internet connection However get pop up messages about the instant ink is not able to Connect to the printer. 
i  guess my only option is to drop the instant ink service, since printer function works fine?

HP Recommended

Figured out that only a factory reset was able to solve the problem .... but I am not ok with these kind of solutions 😜 would there be a reason of this issue ?
