I have been a HP InstantInk subscriber for many years and many printers.  I have a 700 page plan.  HP keeps sending me complete InstantInk refills so often, I now have 4-5 complete UNUSED  sets of 3 colour and black cartridges and cannot stop them from sending more and more.  They charge me $29 for each shipment which I do not need, and will not need for another 3-4 years based on my 300-500 pages per month.  I have spoken to HP customer service and they simply do not understand this problem. They suggest I return the UNUSED cartridges in the empty cartridge self addressed mailer BUT I paid for these.  What can one do? Or who can resolve this at HP?  Any one else with similar issue?  Thanks Best DoubleDee

Hi @ddunlap92,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you have additional cartridges.

When you enroll in an HP Instant Ink plan, you pay a monthly fee to print a defined number of pages per month. The plans are based on the number of pages that you print, not on how many ink cartridges you use.

You can return the additional inks or you can keep them and use them when you run low.

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps, keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Have a great day!
