Instantink free trial not showing on my account

Hi I have just set up my new printer that was advertised with the free 7month trial. I followed all the set up instructions and prompts to enrol in instantink but no 7 month trial was added to my account. 

 

I have seen other posts on here with people having the exact same issues. 

 

How do I get the 7 moth trial to register?

 

Any help would be appreciated

Hi thanks for the reply but all sorted now. I rang the helpline and the trial months were added
