Ok so i have the free instantink plan and i kept getting reminders to enter payment info into instantink website. I go to website but can’t find where to enter this info. So thy canceled my account, no big deal I’ll buy my own ink, but now my printer literally says “can’t print, go to instantink.com”- which i did, again, but don’t see anywhere to enter payment info. Please help!

Try these steps - HP Instant Ink - Updating Your Payment Information
 

If the issue still persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
