Unable to get anyone to talk to...
Colour cartridge error for last few days.
Have taken out, cleaned and replaced but still not working.
Have also reset printer but that doesn't work either.
InstantInk will not ship new cartridge until error is cleared but I cannot clear error.
(Instantink shows printer offline but HP SMART shows printer online - (PRINTER IS ONLINE))
Virtual agent useless and printer is about to be thrown out of window.
Unable to send HP agents a PM so posting here hoping for a direct message from one.
I have tried messaging through virtual assistant and feedback loops, got no response at all. Why have I paid for a years worth of ink, when, in need, they refuse to send a new one out until the error message is removed. I therefore cancelled my instant ink subscription, and asked for a refund of the money already paid. (no reply) Today , I bought a new colour cartridge, replaced the faulty one, and can now print. I have until the middle of January under contract with HP Instant ink, because they wont instantly cancel the account. All in all I am very disappointed with the whole system. Where is your customer service? Where is a response to my problem? Where is my money?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
There is not any provision I know of for a refund. Please note that since you have cancelled the Instant Ink service you will need to replace the black cartridge once your subscription ends.
