Product: DeskJet 2710e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my DeskJet 2710e that comes with a 6-months trial for instantink and tells to activate it within 7 days but the setup ended without any prompts for it. I am trying to get support for it so it can get resolved within 7 days or I will loose my free trial.

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months. You will have to enroll the printer in Instant Ink by selecting a plan.

Kindly refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

Once enrolled, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account.

If not, 

please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
