I know it's not just me who feels this sentiment.  Don't fix it if it isn't broken.  HP just broke their well-oiled printing machine, why?  I have been a loyal customer of Instant Ink for a couple of years now and will be canceling my subscription very soon.  They changed the dashboard now and the new format absolutely sucks.  I can't see payments, track my printing, or ink deliveries with just a click of the mouse anymore.  Everything seems so obscure and difficult to find.  My belief is that when something is buried, it's because whoever buried it doesn't want something to be discovered.  The plans suck now, the ease of using the service has gotten difficult overnight and for no good reason.  I have been overcharged and when I tried to find that easy to access list of payment history that use to exist, guess what, nowhere to be found.  They have these useless invoices with no payment information.  Now I have to go through all my financial statements to prove that I am being overcharged.  And trust and believe I will.  I used to love logging into my account, now it's a dread.  I do not stick around anything, or anyone adding unnecessary stress to my life.  Thanks to solidifying your place in the top companies with horrible business model changes.
