Is anyone else having trouble tonight on the Instant Ink sign-in page?

Is anyone else having trouble getting past the Sign-in page which gives the message "

Something unexpected happened We're sorry, but something went wrong. Sign out of this account now and try signing in again later.

HP 9020, but the problems not the printer. I could not get past the sign-in page. Kept getting the same message. The 

young man I spoke with could not help. He said they (whoever that is) were trying to correct the problem, but 'they' did not know how long that would take.
