I have been attempting to cancel my instant ink subscription since July 22, 2023, but every month the billing cycled is renewed, even though my status states "Your HP Instant Ink service will end on the last day of your current billing cycle." It has said this in August, September, and now I am up to October 22, 2023 as my last day of my current billing cycle.

I attempt to chat to an agent, but then it does not allow me to actually speak to an agent. I am becoming very frustrated. My Plan  Details has stated "cancellation in progress," since July 22, 2023. This is ridiculous!
