Hi, I'm trying to re-enroll in the hp instant ink I canceled at the beginning of this year, but I keep getting a message that my printer is no longer eligible. It's an HP 3830 All-in-One printer and last I checked, it's still eligible for this service. I've tried factory restoring my printer several times now. I've also tried removing the printer from my hp account. Please help!

Hi @sugarcube1997,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with re-enrolling your Printer in the instant ink service.
Request you follow the steps below to fix the issue.
- Perform a power drain on the printer.
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges
- Uninstall the printer software and restart the device from which you are trying to connect your printer.
- Install the printer software and Add the printer by clicking on the link.
- Re-enroll the printer once connected to the network again by clicking on the link.
