Hi everyone, just l sign with Instant Ink . When I sign with Instant Ink my cartridges was empty, and now I see they won't send me other cartridges until the old one was empty, but is all ready empty. Please someone can you help me. Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.
I understand that your cartridges are empty but Instant Ink won't send new cartridges. Is that correct?
