HP DeskJet 2723e All-in-One Printer

I am having issues with my printer which is an HP DeskJet 2723e.  I got an error message saying that it has not been able to connect to the instant ink page for over 2 weeks. Didnt think much about it because it was still printing documents yet was taking a while to receive them from my devices to the printer. I then decided to call HP for help, worried my ink may run out and they are not being notified i am even low. The guy told me that they have been having issues with an update my internet provider had, but everything was connected on my end. Then he proceeded to factory reset my printer, so now I have a printer that will not connect to HP Smart to even say that i have InstaInk and leaves the hour and a half phone call to send me to the InstaInk people to fix the issue. An hour and a half once again later his solution was to order me new ink in hopes of me being able to just install them and it fix itself....However...even when i get the new ink the issue still persists that my printer is not connected to the InstaInk services and anytime i try to connect the printer to it...it says unable to connect. So this is still not resolved after 3 hours of phone calls and 2 technical support guys using my computer to try to fix the issues themselves.
