This question is in regard to the instant ink program. At one point about a year ago, I did not receive an instant ink cartridge that HP says they shipped out. I contacted customer service and they shipped me out a new one. But, the online dashboard still says I have the one that's missing. So every time I run out of ink, I have to call customer service again and go through the same process again. However now, I have been contacting HP for 3 days now with no ability to get ahold of chat support or phone support.
Chat support just doesn't work on my chrome browser or internet explorer. I have turned off all add blockers and it just doesn't work. I created a Case Number [Personal Information Removed] and they proceeded to close my case without responding or solving it. I have contacted the support number [Personal Information Removed]. Each time I call, I ask to get ahold of customer service, they ask me if I am a current customer, I respond yes and then the virtual assistance crashes and starts over. I've tried from two different phone numbers.
The amount of frustration this has caused, I am going to throw away the printer & cancel the service. Either way, I am letting the rest of the community know what they might be in for.
