It is saying on my printer that I'm using the incorrect ink cartridges but am joined to HP Monthly plan where HP send me the cartridges so they are correct

All sorted now ~ In the end I phoned HP Techinical department & spoke to an actual human being rather than a robot on the HP Site. 

So the guy talked me through it and has hopefully solved the issue. It seems my Cartridge (Tri Colour) was faulty awaiting a replacement to be sent.
