Hi,

Been sent my hp instant ink cartridge. Was sent a few months ago and first time needing to change ink. However the new cartridges been sent are too big for my printer and have different code compared to original ink. How do I arrange for new supply, return incorrevt cartridges? And update my plan?

I understand you are facing an Instant Ink issue with your incorrect ink cartridge. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
