The printer I have been given will not work due to I think the ink is registered to someone else. I don't know there account details so how do I cancel and re register to me.

Steps to Register the Printer to Your HP Instant Ink Account:

Create HP Account (if necessary):

• Visit the HP account creation page.
• Create a new account or sign in if you already have an account.

Enroll in HP Instant Ink:

• Once logged into your HP account, go to the HP Instant Ink section.
• Follow the prompts to sign up for a new subscription plan suitable for your needs. Plans range based on the number of pages you expect to print each month.

Register the Printer:
