I am unable to reach an agent via virtual chat. Also, there doesn't seem to be an email id I cant submit this support request to. I am not sure whether it is by design but it seems like it is extremely difficult to reach someone who can help.
I have just installed instant ink and printed 6 pages (all blurry) that I cant use. The content i printed was all black text. What can I do? These pages have counted against my plan for the month and how do I fix it without running over the limit of the plan? Looks like any diagnostic printing will also use up the 15 page limit per month. Prior to this I was purchasing HP ink and never had blurry pages. I have not changed any settings.
The printer is: HP DeskJet 3630 All‑in‑One Printer Series
