Just signed up my printer is without ink cartridge

I just signed up and was excited for this whole instant ink program but I see my stuff can’t be shipped bcuz it thinks my printer has an error only it’s not an error. One of the cartridges is out and I threw it away a few months ago. Need my ink asap!
