FOR PRINTER NAME OFFICEJET 5200 SERIES, MODEL 5258, PRODUCT # Z4B12A// KEEP GETTING ERROR MSG CANNOT PRINT CONTACT HPINSTANTINK.COM// DID THE TROUBLESHOOTING, UPDATED MY LAPTOP, UNPLUGGED, TURNED OFF/ON, THE CARTRIDGES ARE FULL OF INK, NO PAPER JAMMED, AND STILL GETTING THIS MSG, SEND NEW PRINTER I HAVE MY REAL ESTATE BUSINESS AND CAN NOT PRINT DOCUMENTS FOR MY CLIENTS//
