In meinem Account erhalte ich keine Informationen mehr zur Anzahl der gedruckten Seiten, zum Tintenverbrauch und zum Tarif. Die Seiten bleiben weiß. 

Ich kann mich einloggen, aber ich habe nur Zugriff auf meine Kontodaten. Was stimmt mit meinem Account nicht?

thanks you for your message. I'm sorry, you are right. I forgot it's an english community. In the meantime I'm trying to solve my problem via WhatsApp with the support. There is an automatic translation in the chat.
