I can see from the community that I am not the only person who cannot update my card information for my instant ink account. Like the others on here I am told to log into my account then click on 'billing' There IS NO billing shown. Only Profile and notifications. If you try to go into instant ink it brings up a page to 'join'. I can see others have asked this question and got the same answer to click on billing when what we are saying is that billing doesn't appear as an option. I have had a 90 minute session on Whatsapp with an advisor from HP but no matter how many links I was sent it didn't bring this option up. I'm going slowly mad. I think there must be a fault on the site but if they can't take money they will stop my printing won't they?
