HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I can't print anymore because my printer Laser Jet MFP M140we shows the message "a problem has occurred and you will be unable to print, until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information". On the app there is no clue about the problem, it says "verify the account" . Then I log into my account and started toe tool to fix issues. It says pirnter offline. But it is ON and I can print the Report as well as Wireless Network Test Report. There it says no problems found.

Thank you for your help.
