I want to print my report tonite with HP cartridges I bought at Staples. Stop preventing me from doing my job! I have just spent an hour rejoining the program and tht still does not fix it!  This program is nasty and I will be reporting it to the BBB, Consumer Report, etc. Let me print!!!! I purchased your instacartridges for a year -- let me print!!!!
