Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Hi, I've forgotten my username and password for the admin settings, I'm locked out of the printer and we need it for home schooling. I've seen on another thread that a link has to be sent to you with instructions on how to do a hard reset. Could any of you be so kind in helping me, please?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the admin password. 

 

Please try these steps to restore the printer - Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
