Can't log in to my Instant Ink account to change my address and email address. We've moved and my old email address is no longer active, so I can't use the "forgot username/password" function to try to resolve the login problem. Apologies if this isn't the proper place to post this. Desperate.

I understand you have login issues with the Instant Ink account. For security reasons, one on one interaction with HP technician is required.

Kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here
