Lost HP Instant Ink Cartridge.

Hi, my business has been a victim of lockdown so i have only just re-opened after over 6 months of closure. I have absolutely no idea where my new ink cartridge is - the mayhem of home schooling has taken it's toll after this long away from the business. How do i get a new cartridge delivered? 

 

And why does it have to be so horrendous trying to get hold of someone about this?! No email address, no numbers, the virtual agent is pointless for this sort of issue so i have to resort to posting my issue on the community threads in order to get a response. Not what I would call acceptable customer service.
