Hi, I lost my black cartridge for my HP Envy 6055e during a recent move. I have an Instant Ink subscription, so the system says it cannot detect ink levels to send me a new one, and if I go to the store to buy a normal one, it would not register. Wondering if I can get some help getting a new one mailed to me? Thanks in advance
