Low ink not sending black ink on time before runs out

HP Recommended
HP 5740 and 6950 printers
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As others have said, no ink is sent when low. I've ran out of black completely on official cartridge. No delivery of ink. This has happened several times and am not impressed. Get it sent, HP, before run out. Your sales spiel promise is a misrepresentation of what we are Recieving. And the ink not being sent is a breach of agreement, as that's what we are paying for, and you have not provided this to a


Reasonable standard, 

The Quality of this ink delivery service is not up to promised standard, nor is the ink service

Fit for Purpose.


On these grounds I will be... If not resolved...

within 7 days,...(meaning recieve adequate ink delivered as promised by agreement), 


demanding all my money back for every month paid, and suing for breach of contract under

Sale of Goods Act, Sales of Goods Services Act, 

Under the 3 conditions stipulated above and more, for the service expected and paid for. 


I suggest all those suffering same injustice and poor standard, do the same, maybe in Class Action Lawsuit, if HP do not resolve this issue. 


I've had correct official HP cartridges in printer, yet still suffer same lack of delivery, vwhen low ink. It is usually blamed by HP on the user, instead of their service. This is blatantly false.


Unless HP resolve this NOW. And address this within 7 days, I shall be pursuing the course of action above, and suggest others, copy paste and print this off, so they can do the same.


Get it sorted HP!


No wonder they won't accept phone calls. 

Trying to evade their responsibility to resolve it. This is appalling. You have one more last chance to resolve this now. GET IT DONE.
