macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Received email saying printer not connecting to hp ink program server, Printer is connected to computer that is connected to internet. How do I confirm hp to printer communication?

@are_54, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is not communicating with the Instant Ink server. Let us try these steps:

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the Mac

 

Login to your Instant Ink account and check the notifications if any.

If the issue persists, restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
