Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm in the second free month of my instant ink subscription and I got a bill for last month that I did not expect. I contacted instant ink UK and they told me to make a complaint via the HP website but I can't figure out how to do that. Can anyone help?

When you log on to you instant ink account is there any support, virtual agent or help?

That link just takes me on some labyrinthine journey.

 

Yes there is instant ink support but they can't help with this or tell me where I contact people who can. I don't want to waste any more of my life on HP so will cancel my instant ink service.
