When I print a message comes up “hp instant ink cartridges installed” and only option I have is to cancel. When I cancel, it shows print job failed

What is your printer model and also it depends on your Instant Ink subscription. I think you should check if HP Instant Ink subscription is active and that your printer is registered with the correct Instant Ink account. If everything appears to be in order, try restarting your printer and then printing again.
