Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The web form for ordering a cartridge recycle envelope requires a phone number. The field for the phone requires xxx-xxx-xxxx. It won't take xxxxxxxxxx, or 1- or any other valid phone number form. This is a very minor annoyance, but it makes HP look bad to have such a beginner mistake on their website.

 

BTW, I would have just reported this on a bug report site, or an email, but neither seem to exist.
