I have a deskjet printer and enrolled in the insta ink.
I misplaced the black cartridge, so I ended up buying one at the store
Since I have misplaced the insta ink cartridge they can't see... the levels so won't send me a new one.
How do I get them to send me a new black ink so I can start again?
