Missing 2 free trial months

Envy 6055

Hello!  I just received my Envy 6055 and was excited to start my 2 months. I noticed I had to follow the instructions to a T so I went through it but when it got to the page that was for entering a shipping address, not fillable areas were there. I refreshed. Exited and re-entered the app. Always the same issue. I then exited out of that and hit the instant ink tile and signed up online, where it allowed me to enter in my information. Then I realized I think I made a mistake. I did not receive the 2 month free trial and it says they re already sending me ink, but I just loaded the ink that came with my printer. Please help me to fix this issue. I have attached the screenshot of why I could not complete the registration through the app. I tried several times. Please help as it is unfair that I could not complete the process on my app. I just opened and set up my printer today. I’ve been on hold with customer service for an hour.

(Note when I submit my post, I cannot see the screen shot. It reads “Shipping. Please provide a shipping address so we know where to send your ink.” Then nowhere can I enter anything. Immediately below is a checkbox that reads “I’d like to sign up for text messages to receive updates on my HP Instant Ink account.”)
