I haven't used my printer since Nov 2023, I use the 50 pages a month plan. I should have at least 150 pages rolled over. However, when I went into my account today there weren't any that rolled over. This is concerning as I have been paying monthly for this. Additionally, I see many other people have had similar issues. Please help.
