Received email to replace cartridge for color ink and a new one was being shipped. The problem is I don’t have a cartridge for neither color or black. I looked back at my shipments but all seems ok. However when I signed up I needed both cartridges. They sent me cartridges but I was already out of ink when I started the program so
I have never had any on hand as a backup. Right now I’m out of color and can’t print until the next shipment arrives which according to tracking won’t be here for another 12 days! How do I get the cartridges I need when I’m out of ink if the order is processed after I run out? Shouldn’t I have cartridges on hand? How do I correct this so I quit running out of ink?
