When logged into my account, I only seeing 2 months free trial months. On the flyers, it says I have 6 months trial. I don't use my printer very often, so I just found out today. Contacted Customer Service and wasn't able to helped me get the 4 missing trial months that I was promised when I purchased the printer. Any recommendations of what should I do as a next step since Support was unable to help? TIA

I would need the details of the free trial offer provided to you which says 6 months trial. Kindly share the screenshot or the image of it.
And I also need a few details along with that. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
