Solved!

Missing plan in HP Instant Ink page

HP Recommended

Hi,

I joined Instant Ink last December when I stayed in my university's dorm room (in IA).

Last March, I moved back to my home (in CA) and left my printer there (in my dorm room).

Recently, I have just recognized that my Instant Ink subscription is charging me monthly. So, I go to https://instantink.hpconnected.com/ to downgrade my plan. And I cant find my subscription/plan. The Instant Ink page requires me to sign up again for new printer.

Could you please check my account and tell me what i need to do for this case?

Thanks.
